Terms & Conditions – Liability and Warranty

1. Transfer of Responsibility
All products manufactured by Go Plastics LLC are shipped in good order and in accordance with agreed specifications. Upon shipment from Go Plastics LLC’s facility, all risk of loss, damage, installation, handling, storage, and use transfers to the purchaser.

2. Limitation of Liability
Go Plastics LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the installation, handling, storage, use, or misuse of its products after they leave our facility. The purchaser assumes full and sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the products for their intended application.

3. Warranty
Go Plastics LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. This limited warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products only, at Go Plastics LLC’s sole discretion.

4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

Improper installation or use,
Modification or alteration of the product,
Use outside the intended purpose, or
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

5. Limitation of Remedies
The remedies set forth in this warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Go Plastics LLC be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
